I am always on the lookout for new theatre training and learning experiences. My acting coach is well-known, I have taken classes at The Stella Adler Studio of Acting and The Neighborhood Playhouse School of the Theatre, I have ongoing training in the Stanislavski, Meisner and Hagen methods. So when I was looking for more training, I was lucky enough to come across the BOOM London Intensive info page. I reached out and was encouraged to send in an audition video. Living in the US, I knew it would be a lot of planning, but I was over the moon excited to have the opportunity to study in the heart of London - So, I knew whatever I had to do to go would be worth it. Learning how theatre is done in another country would be a fantastic learning opportunity and one I knew I had to take advantage of.

I attended the BOOM London Intensive in 2024. The entire program was more than I could have hoped for. 5 days of acting, singing and dance training by the best of the West End. The instruction is personalized and you get a ton of 1 on 1 time with the instructors. They care so much there, in addition to my daily feedback, they arranged for the composer of my final performance song to send me a video wishing me luck!! Also, it's not just going to class and going home, we all spent time with each other outside of the classroom. We went shopping, out to eat lunch and dinner, took in a show, I even got to meet Imelda Staunton after Hello Dolly! I'm still friends with the other students and instructors - the contacts you make and the experience are so important. I most definitely would not hesitate recommending BOOM London...Training, Friendship, Opportunity...It's all there - waiting for you
